Glenn Porter is the Chief Executive Officer of Energy Skills Queensland which is an industry body established to assist the energy industry to understand its future skill needs and develop appropriate workforce strategies to attract, retain and develop skills to meet these identified future needs.
Glenn has over twenty years experience in workforce development and training having worked in many senior roles across three states in the education, employment and training industry.
Much of Glenn’s career has been working with industry to design and deliver commercial workforce solutions to meet industry needs. His current role with Energy Skills Queensland is at the forefront of the skilling agenda for this dynamic industry.
